KĀRVĀN TRIO “Azar”

A French disciple of the living legend HARIPRASAD CHAURASIA, Guillaume Barraud became a key figure of the bansuri flute. After years of immersion and instrumental practice, he has made himself the spokesman of traditional music from India, and led his audience in a rejunevating musical and cultural adventure. Surrounded by exceptional musicians, the artist signs his first album as a leader: "ARCANA", in which he integrates with elegance the bansuri and its heritage style, into a contemporary jazz setting. Dedicated to the transmission of the Art, Guillaume interracts with audiances through educational programs and Indian music workshops in addition to his performances.
